At Whitney’s Lovely Decals, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
